Please reach out to me (contact tab) to purchase exclusive beat licenses. All my exclusive beats range from $500-$2,500. All Exclusive beats come with 50% ownership, 50% royalty spits unless it is discussed otherwise. Exclusive purchase includes unlimited audio streams, unlimited distributions, and unlimited music videos. Track-stems are also included. After exclusive beat is purchased, the beat will be removed from my beat store and will not be available for anyone else to purchase.

[Standard Mp3 Lease]

All beats are sold as $50 standard Mp3 leases, and streaming and distribution is limited. You [The Artist] are allowed 10,000 online audio streams across all platforms and will be allowed to distribute 1,000 copies of the song. This lease is limited to 1 music video. Once streaming, distribution and video limit is met, you [The Artist] will have to upgrade to an exclusive lease. Until exclusive license is purchased, [LA KING] will own 100% royalties and ownership of the beat. IF ANY STANDARD MP3 LEASED BEATS ARE USED FOR PROFIT PURPOSES AND EXCEED THE [STANDARD MP3 LEASE] LIMITS ABOVE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF [LA KING] LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN, AND YOUR SONG WILL BE REMOVED FROM ALL STORES AND STREAMING PLATFORMS.
